When submitting an absence excuse, please follow the guidelines below to ensure your request is processed correctly.

 Access Requirements

• If you are using a personal device, you must log in using your student’s Microsoft 365 account

  • This login information can be found on the sheet provided at Orientation

• The form can also be accessed on your student’s OCS-issued laptop

  • ​​​​​​​Students will already be signed in to their Microsoft 365 account on this device

• If you are using a mobile device, you may use your camera to upload a photo of any required documentation directly within the form
